«Gazprom dobycha Yamburg» is a leading gas producing company within Gazprom Group.

Gas has become one of the ecologically purest sources of heat and light for many countries of the world. Energy stability of Europe depends largely on development of gas industry in Russia. OAO Gazprom and its subsidiary «Gazprom dobycha Yamburg» face fundamental challenges and have wide prospects.

Main production objective of «Gazprom dobycha Yamburg» is to meet gas and gas condensate production targets of OAO Gazprom.

Annually Gazprom sets «Gazprom dobycha Yamburg LLC» gas and gas condensate targets, which may be adjusted to world market conjuncture of gas consumption, climatic conditions and other factors.

 «Gazprom dobycha Yamburg» produces some 40% of total Gazprom gas amount and over one third of total gas shipped into Unified Gas Supply System of Russia. The Company possesses the largest current balance reserves of natural gas.

«Gazprom dobycha Yamburg LLC» possesses 15 % of proven gas reserves of Russia and 52 % of being operated deposits of the North of Tyumen region.

Besides the Tazovsky and a group of Parusovoye fields which are being prepared for development «Gazprom dobycha Yamburg» owns licenses for development of two gas giants:

-       Yamburgskoye oil gas condensate field (developed since 1986)

-       Zapolyarnoye oil gas condensate field (developed since 2001)

In  «Gazprom dobycha Yamburg» there are two departments providing gas and gas condensate production. They are gas production and oil gas production departments. Gas production is carried out by means of 17 comprehensive gas treatment and pre-treatment units. Fifteen workshops of booster compressor stations of the first and the second stages are being operated at the Yamburgskoye field.

«Gazprom dobycha Yamburg» precisely realizes gas and gas condensate targets of OAO Gazprom. Annually the Company produces 220-230 bcm of gas, 1,5 tons of gas condensate.
