Gazprom dobycha Yamburg, a Gazprom subsidiary, has been functioning in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous okrug since October 1984, conducts business on the territory of three municipal entities:

–Nadym region;

–Tazovsky region;

–Novy Urengoy.

Gazprom dobycha Yamburg has accumulated a significant experience of collaborating with the local community. The Company carries out its activity involving social and economic development of the local community in the frames of regional policy of ОАО Gazprom, in close cooperation with local and regional authorities and public organizations. This cooperation is constructive and what is not insignificant is enshrined in the agreements and memorandums.

The major form of cooperation between Gazprom and regions are cooperation agreements, in implementing of which all the Gazprom subsidiaries participate. The Agreement of Cooperation between the Administration of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous okrug and Gazprom is signed every year and it covers a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation. And primarily it is aimed at strengthening traditionally partnership ties. The agreement stipulates reciprocal commitments in estate and production relations, capital construction, energy saving, environmental management and also in tax, price and social policy. It is necessary to note that Gazprom and its subsidiaries fulfill all their obligations.

In addition to the agreement between Gazprom and YaNAO the General agreement for cooperation was concluded between Gazprom dobycha Yamburg and the Tazovsky district up to 2015.The first cooperation agreement was signed in 1992.Every year supplementary agreement are signed which stipulate the definite recipients of the target assistance. Over the years of cooperation the Company and district administration have worked out optimal schemes of collaboration which are the base for the current constructive cooperation.

Long before announcing priority national projects Health Care, Affordable Housing, Gasification «Gazprom dobycha Yamburg» constructed a surgical complex in the Tazovsky settlement for 23 beds, 40-family dwelling house, which was transferred into ownership of the municipal entity in no expense. In the Company polyclinic of Yamburg equipped with the most cutting-edge facilities the tundra inhabitants are rendered medical services free of charge.

The gas producing company constructed and commissioned gas pipeline Gaz-Sale - Tazovsky 28 km in length and necessary gas supply facilities. National settlements of Gaz-Sale and Tazovsky are reliably supplied with gas.

One of the recent major projects has become the construction of motor road Novozapolyarny – Tazovsky, which was named “the road of life” by the Head of the district. It was put into operation in 2006. Gazprom dobycha Yamburg invested some 8 bln rubles in the construction of the motor road.

Annually the Company holds actions for tundra inhabitants, sponsors national holidays of the northern people, awarding the participants of contests gifts necessary in their activity: snow mobiles, boats, generators, outboard motor, radio stations etc.

The Company organizes charity actions for children’s homes and boarding schools of ethnic settlements.

Gazprom dobycha Yamburg implements targeted charity program accommodating the interests of residents of its operation area which promotes the development of education, children’s sport and creativity, health care of municipal entities, aimed at the support of indigenous peoples of the North.

In 2010 the Company concluded an agreement for social partnership with the Nadym district in the frames of which the municipal entity was rendered the charity support for RUR 10 mln, 7 of which were allocated to the construction of residential houses in the village of Kutopyugan.
